#16 Horse Crazy





My name is Natalie Law and I've been "Horse Crazy" since I can remember.  I bought my first horse when I was in 5th grade for $850 and she was a Quarter Horse / Arabian and the most incredible horse ever.  I would spend every day with her playing and riding until the sun went down.  Then I'd feed her and crawl up on her back, turn around, and sleep on her butt until my mom would pick me up that night.  When we moved we had to sell my sweet Asa and it's taken me 20 years to finally get horses of my own.  Now I have Dixie a Saddlebred and Smokey a Tennessee Walker.  Both horses are coming 10yrs in 2016.  I don't have any real training experience I just ride and I love it!  Trails are my favorite because I like to enjoy the beauty of this earth.  I've also started toying with the endurance world and have goals to compete in a few 25 mile rides this year.  All of this I hope to juggle in-between the real love of my life, my family.  I'm married with 4 kids under, an 8 year old son, and three girls 7, 5, and 3.  So we'll see how many miles I can rack up this year, the Derby should be a fun way to keep track and stay motivated.
